It's clearly biased. Most of the people interviewed could most likely answer majority of the questions. But, with a little bit of editing, you can make a whole country look dumb. "Hey, did you graduate high school?"

As an American, this is a pretty funny video. A wonderful example of editing and spin. You can tell that some responses are edited ("how many sides does a triangle have?"). The rest, I'd chalk it up to the worst parts of huge amounts of footage and an attempt to pick out the dumbest people in a crowd.

When i was in grade 5ish we had to know every states capital in the US. Canada, and mexico's providence/states and capitals along with each country in the South American continent. look at our states as separate countries united under one federal government, but allowed to continue their own individual government. they are all separate.
