I would like to point out, on the matter of Education, Illegal immigration is a key factor in low testing results. Education in the US is free for all, schools can not deny education for illegals, look up our immigration stats, my school was about half mexicans, legal or not, either way it is difficult for them to attain the same testing results as children of native english speakers, and bring our averages down incredibly. It is not racism or biased, but logical and statistically backed.
